Our extensive menu includes classic viennoiserie such as Parisian croissants, our award-winning signature artisan croissant donut "The Frenchie", French macarons, NOLA beignets, and bakery classics such as cookies, bars, and babycakes. We also feature many gluten-free items for those with gluten sensitivity.

At Laurel & Pearl, we love the flavors of Europe and the people of Tyler. Too often, the food we love is found everywhere but home — in big cities, in Europe, on vacation. We long for our favorite open-air Parisian café or for that decadent craft donut we had over the summer. But the experience of quaint cafés and fine baked goods should be a part of our everyday, right here at home.
Laurel & Pearl is your neighborhood, full-service Euro-Southern bakery delivering the highest quality pastries, cakes, coffee, gelato, and other baked goods. We’ve trained in the culinary arts locally, at the beloved Five Daughters Bakery in Franklin, Tennessee, and have even taken private croissant and macaron classes in Paris, so that Tyler and East Texas can experience a little taste of Europe in the heart of the South.
